Shipping Policy – Yoddha Mind
At Yoddha Mind, we offer two distinct types of meditation benches — each with its own production and shipping process. Please read the relevant section below based on the type of bench you’ve ordered.
1. Artisan Meditation Benches (Handcrafted in the Czech Republic)
Our signature meditation benches are handcrafted to order by Tom, our artisan based in the Czech Republic. These are not mass-produced items. Each bench is made with care and intention, using sustainable wood and traditional joinery techniques that prioritize mindfulness, durability, and beauty.
Processing Time:
Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the full production process. This includes careful sourcing of high-quality wood, hand-finishing the bench, and a final quality control check before dispatch.
Delivery Time:
Once shipped, your bench will be delivered within 3 to 7 business days to addresses within the European Union and the United Kingdom. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your bench leaves the workshop.
Shipping Cost:
We offer free standard shipping to all EU and UK addresses.
2. Seiza Meditation Bench (Budget-Friendly Model)
Our Seiza Meditation Bench is a more accessible and affordable option, designed for those who want a dedicated seat for kneeling meditation practice. Unlike our handcrafted Yoddha Bench, which also functions as an exercise bench, the Seiza model is for seated meditation only. This bench is shipped directly from our warehouse partners in China.
Processing and Delivery Time:
Most orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times vary, but most items arrive far sooner than the maximum estimate. The standard delivery window is between 12 and 50 days from the date of shipment.
Returns Policy – Seiza Bench:
Please note that we do not accept returns on this particular item. All sales are final. If your bench arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately and we will work with our supplier to find a resolution.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all EU member states and the United Kingdom. If you live outside these regions and would like to place an order, please email us at info@yoddhamind.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Additional Notes
Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Please note that delivery delays may occur during busy periods, due to customs processing, or as a result of unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions. Our handcrafted benches are shipped from the Czech Republic, and our Seiza meditation bench is shipped from China.
