Return and Refund Policy – Yoddha Mind
We want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read the following carefully, as return eligibility depends on the product you’ve purchased.
1. Artisan Meditation Benches (Handcrafted in the Czech Republic)
We offer a 30-day return policy for our handcrafted meditation benches. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition — unused, unassembled, with all tags and packaging intact. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at info@yoddhamind.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Seiza Meditation Bench (Budget-Friendly Model, Shipped from China)
This item is shipped directly from our international supplier to offer an accessible price. Due to this fulfillment method, we do not accept returns on this item. All sales of the Seiza Meditation Bench are final.
We strongly encourage you to review product specifications, images, and shipping details before completing your purchase. If your Seiza bench arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@yoddhamind.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with our supplier to resolve the problem.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible after delivery. We will assess the issue and make it right through a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a handcrafted bench, we recommend returning the original item (subject to return approval) and placing a new order. Exchange requests for the Seiza bench cannot be accommodated, as this item is final sale.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to addresses within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery — for any reason and without justification.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, with original packaging and tags, and include proof of purchase. Please note: this EU right does not apply to non-returnable items like the Seiza Meditation Bench, as disclosed before purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your eligible return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
